About Us

Ashley Fitzgerald

My name is Ashley Fitzgerald, I am a wife and mother of four children. I graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, located in Boulder, Colorado. My family and I moved to the area so I could attend the institute. Our plans were to return home to Virginia and start a Rolfing practice there, but after returning back east, we decided Colorado was calling our names. Now we call Colorado home. While attending the Institute I had an opportunity to study under many talented Rolfers who were taught by some of Dr. Ida Rolf's handpicked instructors. I also had an opportunity to do a mentorship with Lisa Fairman in Helena, Montana and Neal Anderson in Loveland, Colorado. I feel that having these mentors allowed me to deepen my understanding of the Rolfing concepts and the 10 series. I am excited to be available in Brighton and I cannot wait to help clients achieve their goals in living their lives to the fullest.

Jared Fitzgerald

Jared graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC in May 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO in December 2021 as a Certified Rolfer®. He has taken the Gillespie Approach Craniosacral Fascial Therapy foundation and infant classes, studied infant Craniosacral Therapy with Carol Gray, Craniosacral with the Upledger Institute, and neurovascular mobilization and visceral manipulation with Jon Martine.

"After getting burnt out working as a nurse during COVID, I realized that I wanted to help people live a better life, not just survive. I felt better, had less pain, and moved my body easier than I did in my 20s, since Ashley began to practice on me as a Rolfing® student. I decided to become a Certified Rolfer® while working as a travel nurse in 2020, and completed my training in 2021. I don't want to just keep people alive, prolonging their suffering. I want to make a meaningful difference that allows people to age with grace and live a happier, more fulfilling, active life."
